The Pinehurst planning and zoning committee is meeting on Thursday this week to vote on banning short term rentals in Pinehurst. Our livelihood is in jeopardy! 27 years of putting our heart and soul into providing 5 star affordable accommodations for guests visiting our special community might be ripped away from us. We plan to retire eventually but we will do it on our own terms when we are ready! If you haven’t signed our petition please consider doing so. And share it with your friends! We are downsizing but BIG things are happening! Our original cottage, Arundel is no longer on the rental market! Never fear, though, Cardinal House is better than ever and we plan to hosts guests well into the future!

Anyway, we have just jumped head on into a huge renovation! Our first baby, is getting a new and updated kitchen, dining and living rooms. Right now it’s gutted but the future vision is clear!
