This very exciting project is done for some very nice repeat clients at the Mid South Club in Southern Pines.
A first one of the kind for me. I can't wait for another one.
It was a tough project but thanks for the help of my always there for me, OCD and big blue NH.
Many thanks to the clients for trusting me and my vision, when I couldn't even give them a decent drawing.🙄

Hybrid pondless water feature( natural stones but with masonry). Smoother flow, less trash getting trapped and algae growth.
Just more enjoyable for non yard working clients.

Silver grey travertine tiles install on a concrete open terrace and two door entrances in Mid South Club (Southern Pines).
Diagonal pattern with accent borders.
Through the toughest winter in my 27 years here, lots of dust, challenging accessibility,...., it got done.
This was my hardest project( physically and stressfuly) that I have done in a long time.
The clients are very pleased with the results.
They were very nice and appreciative throughout the all project, despite the project lasting double the estimated time, my intrusive walks through the house at anytime, my intrusion during Christmas and New Year's holidays, my trailer blocking the driveway, the electric bill spike, the natural light beind bocked by tarps for 2 months.
I can't wait to work for them again, and I can't wait to eat some of the lady of house delicious baking goods.😋

WATER FEATURE REMODAL IN PINEHURST NC .
The clients are so very happy with the final result.
I stopped by this morning to check on it and they said.
We finally are enjoying our feature, without worrying about leaks, not enough, too much water, dirty filter... No more pond cleaning, no more slaving.
I made it as easy for them as I could on this pondless feature, with an autofill valve, a flushing discharge valve with a flushing kit, an overflow discharge.
A water feature should be an enjoyable and relaxing spot.

Big ponds, fishes, aquatic plants= lots of expenses in maintenance, lots of extra work, and ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED PERSONS at some point.
