My evening-
2015 International Building Code 1901.5 on left screen,
"Foundation and Anchor Design Guide for Metal Building Systems" by Alexander Newman, P.E. on the right screen,
A detail for a moment resisting pier and floating slab that I'm drawing-

Luke 14:28- For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

God has granted a vision to the Tioga Wesleyan Methodist Church for a much needed facility to replace our "aged" youth building. But those dreams have to become plans, and those plans must meet some blood, sweat, tears, & prayers! Join us as we share this incredible journey ahead for the glory of God!

Since pressure washing is a little sideline we have occasionally done, Ben jumped in and gave the church bus a bath🙂

I'll be binge sharing some of our recent projects as I have time-
Here is a small addition to an art studio. The original shop was 18 feet wide. We kept the same roof plane and enclosed 12 feet wide and left 6 feet canopy to the left for equipment storage.

It's been a while since we posted. Our last post was seen by over a thousand people and resulted in a lot of work! 😂 We decided to stay off Facebook!
But people keep asking about us, and if we are still working, and what work we do. So here are a few pictures I took with my phone of a few angles of our projects from the past few weeks. I try not to include personal pictures of customers’ property without their permission. Most of these projects have been finished but we didn't always get pictures at the end... we're still working on the advertising side of things!
Unfortunately, we cannot book any more estimates for new projects for the next few weeks. We have 17 projects out and some people very interested in scheduling more when we get caught up. We will start scheduling work for August in a few weeks.
A special thank you to each one of you that has invited us into your homes and allowed us to work on your projects! It is an honor to get to know each of you and help your dreams become reality. :)

Meet Ben Carpenter, co-owner at Repurposed Industries LLC. Ben has worked in the building and remodeling trades since 2014 and is passionate about helping customers see dreams become reality. He has trained toward a private pilots license and enjoys flying, running, and canoeing!
He is an excellent flooring installer and has spent the past few days on this Luxury Vinyl Tile install. It is an excellent product from Armstrong and we really like using it.
Ben's other specialties include framing, decks, painting, and exteriors, and he prefers to leave the trim and finishing to Dan!
