FULL STORY:

They actually were a really sweet couple who didn't have any idea about what the finished epoxy floor would look like.

It turned out that one of my previous clients was someone they knew, so I saw an opportunity.

I suggested we call the neighbor so they could verify my claims.

The neighbor welcomed them to come over and see the floor for themselves and gave me a great review as well!

A few days later they called to book the job🙂

While they're often inconsistent, referrals are THE most powerful lead you can get.

My epoxy lead engine is my number one source of leads but I never ever forget to ask for referrals.

You just never know when one will come in handy!
