We recently received this in the mail and we wanted to share it.

“Thank you all for your service for my granddaughter and her husband. We couldn't ask for better service!” — James Tubbs

Mr. Tubbs wasn’t even our customer. His granddaughter was. But he took the time to send us a handwritten note to let us know how much he appreciated the service she received.
