The trades are one of the most secure career paths out there. AI can write code and answer emails, but it can't get on a roof and install TPO or EPDM.

🔨 Position: General Laborer (Entry Level)
🏢 Work: Commercial Roofing (TPO & EPDM)
💵 Starting Pay: $18/hr and up based on experience.
⏰ Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
📋 Type: Hourly
