Well, 2016 has begun where last year left off, busy, busy. the 'El Nino' storms have brought some much needed rain and snow to the state and more arriving on Saturday, hope you all had a wonderful time over the holiday break and great things happen for you this new year, We will be here, working away, call us if you need us, or need some advice over the phone.

Its been a crazy busy year so far, don't forget to conserve water and check with your local water provider on tips for saving water and rebate incentives to install low flow toilets, aerators and shower heads. the City of Grover Beach is really leading the way on this, but most cities have some type of incentive.

This may well be your introduction to tankless water heating, this unit is a direct replacement for a 40 gallon tank, uses the existing 1/2" gas line and connects to the existing 'B' type vent, with new regulation soon to hit the central coast requiring more efficient (and therefore larger) tank type water heaters, this unit might be the next best option.
They're not cheap, approximately $1200.00 plus labor and miscellaneous parts
