4 guys. 1 mission. Getting to the bottom of your basement problems. 💪🏠

We may look like a boy band, but our only hit is keeping your basement dry. 🎤💦

🏆 Installer of the Week: Cody 🏆

This week, we want to recognize Cody for the outstanding work he’s been doing in Ohio! You’ve been absolutely killing it, and your hard work has not gone unnoticed.

Your communication with customers, the office, and the team has been excellent. On top of that, the pictures you’ve been sending in are some of the best we’ve seen. Your before-and-after photos showcase the quality of your work and the pride you take in every installation.

Beyond the quality of your installations, Cody has also been a great resource for newer employees. Your willingness to share your knowledge, provide guidance, and help others develop their skills makes a meaningful impact on the team and reflects the kind of leadership we value at ARK.

We appreciate the way you represent ARK. Your communication, attention to detail, pride in your work, and willingness to support those around you are exactly what help build a stronger company and team.

Congratulations, Cody, on being named Installer of the Week! Keep up the great work we’re proud to have you on the team and appreciate everything you bring to the table!

🏆 Installer of the Week – Tyler! 🏆

Tyler has made a complete 180 since coming back to ARK, and it’s been great to see! He’s become one of the key reasons we’ve been getting jobs completed on time or even ahead of schedule, all while maintaining the quality we expect.

Beyond production, Tyler has brought a positive energy to the team that makes a real difference. Morale has improved, the guys are happier, and the overall atmosphere has been better since his return. That kind of impact goes beyond the work being done in the field. It shows how much one person’s attitude and effort can influence an entire team.

Congratulations, Tyler! You’ve shown what it means to come back ready to make a difference. Keep up the great work, and thank you for everything you’re bringing to ARK

Good food, great people, and a crew that knows how to get the job done AND have a good time! 🍔💪

Friday’s cookout with the Ark family! It’s the people behind the work that make this team what it is. 💙❤️

🏆 TOP INSTALLER OF THE WEEK — REGIONAL CREW MEMBER VOTE 🏆

We’re excited to kick off something new across the region — Top Installer of the Week!

Each week, our crews will have the opportunity to recognize a fellow installer who went above and beyond and showed what it means to be a great teammate, installer, and representative of our company.

This week, the regional crew members have spoken, and we’re proud to announce Walter from our Erie office as our first Top Installer of the Week! 👏🔥

Walter was selected by his fellow crew members for the way he approaches his work, his commitment to quality, his work ethic, and the example he sets on the job. Recognition from your peers means something special because these are the guys who see the effort, attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail firsthand.

Walter, congratulations and well deserved! Thank you for putting in the work and helping set the standard for everyone around you.

And to all of our crews — keep pushing, keep helping each other, and keep holding yourselves and your teammates to a high standard. You never know when your crew is going to be the one getting recognized next week!

Let’s make this something that everyone looks forward to every week. 💪

Congratulations, Walter! 🏆

Watch closely as we lift this slab… then bring it back down. You can actually SEE the floor move. 😳⬆️⬇️

That’s some serious lift!
