Garage build complete at Fort Scott Lake!

This project included pouring footing foundations along with 3000 SF of (4”) concrete including shop floor & exterior driveway.

Our crews framed in this (2) car garage with color matched metal sidewalls, trim & shingled roof to complete this new storage space.

Post tension slab we completed earlier this fall for all new pickle ball courts!

Site prep included stripping top soil material, grading & compacting (250 Ton) of base rock to ensure of solid sub grade.

A total of 70 CY to complete this project!
