Here is a picture of a customer that had a bad pressure reducing valve. This customer has 140 psi. Max legal pressure is 80 psi. If you have any of the symptoms contact us.

Big burst of water when you first turn on a faucet, but then pressure drops immediately.

Noisy pipes. Some bang, some vibrate, some squeal.

No pressure at all when you turn on a faucet.

If there has been a water main break in your neighborhood, that is a good time to have it checked as well.

This is what happens when you pressure regulator goes bad. This water heater was only a year old. They called me for a water leak. I found that the seam on the water heater had split. They had 160 psi of water pressure coming intothe house. Max legal limit is 80 psi. So we replaced the pressure reducing valve. Set it to 70 psi and installed a new water heater.

Take your child to work day was a huge success. Dylan hooked up an ice maker, rebuilt a toilet and replaced a lavatory faucet. This kid was a great help and got his hands dirty!

Customer wanted to go from a 2 handle bathtub faucet to a single handle. We also added 2- 1/4 turn ball valves and some blocking to secure the valve body.

The most common reasons your water heater leaks and needs replaced:

1. You don't have a pressure reducing valve.
2. Your pressure reducing valve went bad.
3. You don't have a thermal expansion tank.
4. You thermal expansion tank went bad.
5. Not having your tank properly serviced.
6. Old age.

Most people don't realize that a water heater should be serviced yearly, not only for your families safety; but to keep your water heater in good working order and functioning to its max life!

This is why you should never drink hot water and why you should have you tank flushed annually. Having the anode rod replaced is a great idea as well
