Meet Michael Ciarletta, co-owner of M&M Builders PGH.
When he’s not on a jobsite working alongside Mike Spess, Michael is usually behind the scenes handling estimates, schedules, client communication, project planning, and all the details that help keep M&M Builders running smoothly day after day.
Michael has more hobbies than the guy who invented hobbies, but despite always finding something to keep himself busy, nothing means more to him than his family. Whether he’s spending time with his soon-to-be wife and daughter, making memories with family and friends, or planning the next adventure, those are the moments he values most. At the end of the day, he believes that success isn’t measured by what you build, but by the people you get to share life with.
Michael also enjoys working on his vehicles and proudly considers himself a mechanic. Unfortunately, his vehicles occasionally have a different opinion. What starts as a simple one-hour project usually turns into an all-day affair, multiple trips to the parts store, a few YouTube tutorials, and at least one point where he seriously considers calling someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
Thankfully, he’s a lot better at building and remodeling homes than he is at turning wrenches. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to every client help make M&M Builders what it is today, and for that, we’re all grateful he chose construction over auto repair.
