This is a really busy year with rain and the water issues continue. This homeowner was getting water in there newly finished basement. Once we dug around the foundation and removed the front pouch we found large holes in the block walls and cracks in the block. We filled the holes in & hydraulic cement at all the cracks and waterproofed the walls. We ran all new downspouts in French drains as well and back filled with gravel. And yet again another wall not build properly. Only a dusting of gravel for the base and backfilled with dirt & no corners or cuts we’re glued. We dismantle the wall dug all the dirt out, dug for a new foundation witch is 6inch thick of limestone and limestone dust mix, re-stack the wall properly, glued all corners and cut pieces and backfilled with all gravel and used filter fabric to put on top of the stone to give the customer a few inches of topsoil to plant flowers. This customer was getting water in there basement so we dug down to the foundation, pressure washed the foundation walls clean, used hydraulic cement and filled in all cracks and holes and used a foundation waterproofing and sealed the wall then backfilled with gravel and installed a French drain and new downspouts. The second step of this job was a 60 ft long by 16 ft wide patio and side walk along with some Landscaping. Call us today for your excavation, concrete, hardscape needs

This natural stone wall failed due to improper drainage and the downspout dumping its water behind the wall. This past week, crews dismantled the wall and redid it. Unlike the previous build, we did it right this time by adding base gravel and gravel behind the wall as well as ran new downspout pipe to drain the water.
