POSITION SUMMARY:
Welcome to Lets Cut A Deal Services LLC. To maintain a
high rating & standard of care for our customers, we seek out hard
working professionals who care about doing their job safe,
efficient, and effective. This job requires the ability to work under
dangerous, fast pace, loud, harsh, hot conditions, and occasionally
in the rain.
REQUIREMENTS:
Performs tree care maintenance such as pruning, removal, planting, mulching, etc.
Operates heavy equipment (e.g., aerial portion of the bucket truck, chipper truck, chipper, etc.) utilized to prune and remove trees.
Operates manual and motorized equipment (e.g., chain saws, power pruner, stump grinder, root pruner, hand tools, etc.) at ground level and at heights up to 60 ft.
Trims trees using climbing ropes and saddle.
Uses proper safety equipment; monitors working conditions, and reports problems to supervisor.
Provides feedback to supervisors to enhance operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Stay SAFE. Helmet, gloves, eye & ear protection, and steel toe
boots are required at ALL times.
-Assist in all tree service and removal. Basic chainsaw knowledge,
Gas, oil, basics of chainsaw is required. During tree removal, your
first priority is safety.
-Next your objective is to drag brush, logs, etc. to the chipper, and
or trucks, Butt end in first.
-Current, Valid class C Drivers License is not required but desired
in the near future. Knowledge, willingness, to operate a Pickup,
Dump Truck, & wood chipper
-You are responsible for loading, and unloading the truck with
tools. Bucket Truck side doors are to be locked EVERYDAY after
work. All tools always get unloaded from other trucks. (Cleanup
tools can stay on top of the dump truck.
-Garage cleanup, maintenance and organizing.
-Please be respectful, and clean trucks occasionally. Garbage can is
always in front of the driveway.
-Treat tools, trucks, and garage with respect, like they were your
own.
- If something isn’t running right, notify me or the Forman, so we
can address it as early as possible, so no further damage is done.
-Splitting wood, stacking, organizing, burning etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Working Conditions/Exposed to as required by the job:
Constantly extreme cold, extreme heat, temperature changes.
Frequently high humidity; heights, wetness, noise, fumes, dust, mechanical hazards.
Protective Equipment Used:
Constantly legs/feet/toes.
Frequently head covering, ear and eye protection, arms/hands/fingers.
Lifting:
Frequently 0-20 pounds.
Occasionally 21-40 pounds; 41-80 pounds.
Rarely 81-100 pounds.
Physical Demands – Job Requirements:
Frequently bending, carrying, repetitive leg/arm movement; foot or hand control movement; reaching; seeing-near; seeing-far speaking clearly.

Salary: $11.00 to $16.00 /hour
