The Ballad of Bob Rosato
(In the Style of Dr. Seuss)

In Allegheny County, where the rivers all wind,
Lives a man named Bob Rosato, one of a kind.
He’s the solver of problems, the master of mess,
If it’s broken, he’ll fix it—but first, cut the check!

He’s Italian, of course, one of fourteen—oh my!
Loud as a thunderstorm rumbling the sky.
At a family party, you’ll know he’s arrived,
For Bob’s booming voice keeps the whole place alive.

“Need a roof? Need a wall? Need a house built on air?
Have the money? Then honey, I’ll build it with care!”
With a wrench in his pocket and a saw in his hand,
He claims he could build the whole promised land.

He never slows down, no, not even a tad,
“Take a break?” says Bob, “Are you crazy or mad?”
He’ll slap on some mortar, he’ll hammer a nail,
He once fixed a houseboat that sank like a whale.

Bob’s Property Management is the talk of the town,
“He fixed my foundation! He tore it back down!”
From drywall to driveways, no job is too small,
He patched up a skyscraper once—without scaffolds at all!

But here’s the great truth, and it’s one you can’t dodge:
Bob’s voice could compete with a jackhammer’s squawk.
“Hey, pass me that wrench! No, the OTHER one, Lou!”
Echoes through valleys, through mountains, and you.

At weddings and birthdays, it’s always the same,
“Hey, Bob’s here!” they shout, “And he’s louder than flame!”
He’ll fix your gazebo, your deck, or your sink,
But he’ll also drink all your wine in a blink.

Oh, Bob Rosato, a legend indeed,
With tools and tenacity, he’ll meet every need.
But beware of his motto, for it cuts like a knife,
“If you’ve got the money, I’ll solve it—for life!”

We also offer land clearing services if you have overgrowth on your property we will clean it up and remove it also we offer debris and junk removal of any kind let's say a tenant left all their things/belongings inside of your property we have the means in which to completely remove any such build up or trash.

We also rent 16 yd dumpsters, you fill it up we haul it away starting at $395. We bring it to you and we take it away!

We also offer complete tree removal services no matter the size of the tree we can cut down any tree that's in the way or a problem and haul it away no matter how big we have the equipment and the right people for the job. Pittsburgh is a foliage dense area; fun fact we have the second thickest canopy of any major city in the country. Make sure you hire the right guy and that is Bob!
