Sadly, this past weekend we suddenly lost one of our Sembower-Mikesell & Mr Waterheater Enterprises family members, Christopher "Ace" Thomas. Chris worked for our companies for more than 17 years and gave his heart & soul to his work and all of us. He had our backs no matter what. Chris began working for us as a plumbing apprentice and worked hard through the ranks to obtain his Master Plumbing License. His thirst for knowledge made him into the plumber and person that he was. He was a perfectionist in everything he did which made his work unlike anyone else's. Chris was constantly requested by our customers because of his knowledge and his good looks. We always knew when Chris was entering the office because we could hear his voice and laughter from a mile away. His energy took over the room. He never shied away from his opinion, however, he always knew his subject and had a good argument. Chris loved to reminisce about his childhood in Penn Hills. He shared stories about walking in his speedo from Rosedale Pool to Della Sala's Pizza with his brother, landscaping with his dad, and his mother's cooking. He would also share about how proud he was of his truck. Things will never be the same without him. Chris touched all of our lives and will truly be missed by each one of us. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
