We were delighted to complete this office renovation for our good friends, the B.M. Kramer Co. The plan was to turn an unused portion of their 2nd floor warehouse into a large open office area, private offices and meeting rooms, along with a renovated bathroom and coffee area, all while preserving their historic buildings history and character. We demo’d the space, framed it out, insulated, new electric, plumbing, heating and cooling, drywall, painting, trim, doors, hardwood floor refinishing and cabinetry and tile, woosh. I’d like to thank the B.M. Kramer Co. for the opportunity to create their new exiting future!
