Extended this lovely house out 16’ x 24 to accommodate for a new kitchen, master bed and bath and mud room. First picture is our start day, we were lucky enough to start framing off a previous built deck through a company we had recently befriended through another project. This was a fun project and look forward to continued builds with them

Our New build is going up faster than expected, and with cold weather approaching we are pleased to have this house framed and sheathed. 6x12 Douglas fir floor joists under tongue and groove decking from basement to third floor, and lvl trusses spanning first floor and carrier roof trusses on second floor will create an open floor plan on both levels.

30’ white oak banquet bench with matching high top seating and partial wall. Supports taken from the old barn out back, transformed into an outdoor seating area for Pizzeria Boema in Lenox, formerly O’Brien’s.

Complete bathroom remodel nearing completion. Tear out of old shower and floor, installation of new wedi shower system with linear drain, floating shower seat, natural stone for shower walls and floor, horizontal tile floor and his and hers vanity

Stockbridge house framed, roofed and sided, onto interior finishing! For this build we teamed up with Geobarns, a beautifully and unique designed house that we had the opportunity to build ground up. Plenty more pictures to come from foundation to where we are now
