MultiScape Inc. Multiscape Inc. is a concrete, air barrier, spray foam, general contractor company located in the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton area of Pennsylvania.

In 1997 Michael Crawford Jr. founded Multiscape Landscaping Company in Avoca, PA operating its business with a three-man crew, a pickup truck, and some basic tools out of a 12 x 16 shed. In the beginning years, we worked on small landscaping, concrete, and masonry projects in the residential sector. After a short period, we began to phase out landscaping work and started to concentrate on concrete

and masonry projects in the commercial and residential sectors. In 2001 Multiscape Landscaping incorporated and changed its name to Multiscape Inc. . At the same time, we moved from our shed in Avoca to our current location in Pittston, PA. We continue to work on concrete and masonry projects but also expanded into excavation and site work. In 2005 we became bonded and started performing projects for a broad range of public sector clients doing site work, concrete and masonry, and carpentry work. In 2009 Multiscape Inc. became pre-qualified with PennDOT to bid and perform work on projects for state roads and highways. Over 20 years later we have built the business into a multifaceted construction company excelling in self-performing and managing projects of any size with a team of skilled craftsmen and office staff to complete projects with a high standard of quality and performance. From our humble beginnings to the present our core mission every day is to do the best job for our clients on time and within budget. Our coverage area includes the Pittston, Wilke-Barre, Scranton, Hazleton and Stroudsburg areas of Pennsylvania

Our crew is trenching, running conduit, and securing weatherproof connections while following electrical codes and safety protocols to ensure a reliable, long-lasting setup.

We formed and poured the curb and a section of sidewalk—fresh concrete finished with a broom texture for traction.

This upgrade improves pedestrian safety and ADA access .
