Made a site visit with my son, Alec and Bruno, our demo contractor. As we are looking to get a head start on this project and apply for a demo permit to demolish the existing pool, hardscapes, etc. See if we have the option to bury the pool on site to save the client costs or have to remove it entirely off site. Getting ready to apply for our zoning application for phase 1. as per our vision, which is everything except the pergola (which has been since changed to a solid roof pavilion structure and us adding an outdoor fireplace beneath it). Along with the new proposed Ipe deck and roof structure. That will be in phase 2. Want to thank our friends Garden Artisans LLC for inviting us to this project and opportunity!! We created the vision and master plan, we will handle the pool, demo and the structures/deck and interior bathroom in the basement. Garden Artisan will build the balance of the scope, masonry, planting, lighting, irrigation, fencing, fine grading, sod, etc. Love collaborating with other contractors that share our vision and level of quality!
