El Dorado Truss Company is looking for MOTIVATED production employees who are capable of learning quickly to build roof trusses for residential and commercial buildings.

El Dorado Truss is an established truss manufacturer that has been in business since 1976. In the last few years, we have experienced exponential growth and are looking to strengthen and grow our team. We are in need of a shift supervisor. This person will be responsible for overseeing and organizing 15-25 people. Shift hours are from 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Sunday through Thursday. Truss experience preferable but not required. Needs to have strong skills in organization, communication, leadership, and the ability to prioritize. Overtime available. Pay: $25 - $28 per hour.

This position requires:

• Efficient organization skills and ability to coordinate workflow. Must be able to communicate expectations and require complete, consistent, correct, concise, detailed truss designs from entire team
• Extreme attention to detail when reviewing trusses and plans
• Communication skills: manager will be working with and managing existing design team; also will be in frequent communication with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, builders, and drafters
• Desire to grow the company’s design team and customer base
• Truss design expertise (Mitek platform desired but not required)
• Fresh ideas in furthering truss design, not only for the company, but for the industry at large
• Ability to collaborate with team in improving/streamlining truss processes, labor efficiency, and material efficiency
