We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking individual to join our landscaping crew. As a Crew Member, you will help maintain and enhance client properties by performing a variety of landscaping and lawn care duties. The ideal candidate loves working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and functions well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and blow.
- Maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Trim hedges, bushes, and small trees.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment (mowers, w**d eaters, leaf blowers, etc.).
- Perform seasonal property clean-ups (leaf removal, debris clearing).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50+ lbs).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job sites all over El Dorado county.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Experience:
- Starting at $17.00/hour.
- No prior experience is required, though 2+ years of landscaping experience is preferred.
