Complete tear out. 3500 sq ft of grass. Install 12” surface drain, 4” solid pipe into 18” surface drain to 6” solid pipe to back of land. Install 18 yards rap around driveway, 18” oncenter 3/8 rebar, compact gravel control joints, no more than 8’ apart to control cracking. We use 6 sack mix design, micro fiber, water reducer to help stress cracking. Everything came out perfect. Homeowner is very happy.530-306-9569
