Last week, we got our admin team out of the office and into the field! 🌿🚧

The team toured several of our landscape maintenance and installation sites to get a firsthand look at the work they help support every day. It was a great opportunity to connect what happens behind the scenes in the office with what our crews are accomplishing out in the field.

We wrapped up the tour with lunch as a small way to say thank you to our admin team for everything they do to keep things moving! We appreciate all the work that happens both in the field and behind the scenes to make it all come together. 💚

We had an incredible time hosting the BX Euchre Tournament yesterday! 🃏♣️♦️

It was a great afternoon filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and the chance to connect with so many friends and partners in our industry. We always enjoy bringing people together, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a fun one!

Thanks to The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and everyone who came out—we’re already looking forward to the next one!

It’s been a busy morning at our Frank Road shop after all the water we received! 🌧️

This morning, several of our team members jumped into action to help rescue a woman from her submerged vehicle. A huge shoutout to Jorge Colon, Ruben Capielo, Jonathan Martinez, Roberto Paz and Priscilla Abreu for going above and beyond to help someone in need.

We’re incredibly proud to have people on our team who don’t hesitate to step up when it matters most. 👏

Is your turf looking thin, worn or struggling after a long summer? Fall is the perfect time for aeration and overseeding to help restore stressed lawn areas and encourage thicker, healthier growth. 🌱

While aeration is often treated as a corrective service, it should really be part of an annual turf maintenance program. Core aeration relieves soil compaction and allows water, air and nutrients to reach the roots, while overseeding fills in bare and thinning areas with fresh growth.

With the amount of rain Central Ohio has experienced this year, soil compaction can be an even bigger concern than usual, making aeration especially important this fall. Regular traffic, equipment and saturated soils can all contribute to compaction and make it harder for turf roots to thrive.
