Most people add a room. This family added a season.

A four-season addition and a full back patio turned the least-used side of this Indianapolis home into the place everyone ends up. Morning coffee in the sunroom, dinners outside, and a room that works in February the same as it does in June.

Same house. Same yard. Completely different way of living in it.

Most people have a whole floor of their home they never use. This Avon family decided to change that.

What was empty square footage is now the room everyone actually wants to be in, a home gym that ends the membership excuses, a sitting area built for slow Sunday mornings, and a kitchenette so you never have to trek upstairs mid-movie.

Same house. Twice the living.

What would you do with the space under your feet?

You’ve asked the same question three times because the answer kept changing. You’ve pointed at a gap in the trim and gotten “it’ll settle.” You’ve wondered if you’re the difficult one.

You’re not. You just haven’t worked with someone who checks it before you have to ask.

That’s the standard here, not because it’s a slogan, but because it’s how the job gets built. If this bothers you, we’re going to get along great.

A bathroom retreat is not just about looks. It's about how it feels to start and end your day there.

A new free standing tub, custom shower, and vanity refresh completely changed the feel of this space. Now it's calmer, modern, and more enjoyable to live with everyday.

Considering a bathroom remodel like this? We offer no-charge feasibility estimates so you know what's possible before any design fees.

“Are you keeping your cabinets… or do they gotta go?”

This Zionsville kitchen is proof you don’t need to tear everything out to get a dramatic before-and-after. After 20 years in the home, the homeowners were ready for a refresh- so we kept what was working and upgraded what wasn't.

We repainted the existing cabinets for a clean, modern look and swapped in a new statement- an Amish hand-crafted hood, as the focal point. New countertops, updated hardware, and upgraded appliances. Same bones, completely different feel- brighter, sharper, and a whole lot more modern.

Let us know- Are you keeping your cabinets next remodel? Or do they gotta go? Check out more projects like this on our website!
