The Cicero Construction Group family is grieving the passing of Kathy Lynn Cicero, the wife of our founder, Samuel J. Cicero Sr. Born September 27, 1947, in Franklin Park, Illinois, Kathy moved with Sam to Seminole, Florida in 2015 to enjoy retirement after a long career as a project planner. In addition to her husband, Kathy is survived by her son Brandon DeArcangelo, her niece Kristin Kater Abraczaldo, and her nephew Sean Kater. A celebration of Kathy’s life is planned for Wednesday, June 5th at the Lewis W. Mohn Funeral Home in Seminole.
