Last fall we built the pad for this building and let it settle over the winter. This year we are managing this 40x60x16’ building with additional storage space under the exterior leans. Soon the homeowners will be able to enjoy their new building!

Thanks to the guys from East End Fuel for helping us out today with the belly dump.

The pictures don’t quite do justice on the scale of this project. We completed a new approach, driveway, culverts, building pads and site grading. The driveway was coated in our 1 1/2” crushed rock and graded. Now it’s ready for the owner to begin building! 🔥🚜🔥.

Finished up this 54x80’ shop pad this week. 8” of base rock coated with 4” of 3/4” crushed gravel. Drainage swales around the pad provide proper water runoff management and a bin block retaining wall was integrated into the cut bank.
