24/7/365 received a phone call from a new client at 7pm needing service immediately or their door would not lock. We had a door tech on site within 30 minutes and once it was determined a crew was needed, 3 other team members were onsite within 45 minutes. We removed the sliding herculite door, replaced the bottom rail lock, and reinstalled.
