My 2004 Thor Chateau was getting to the point of either saving or selling. I made a decision to give RV Roofing in Plainville, MA headed by Jim & Vikki Conboy Flex Armor to start with my Roofing problem first. Their team of Technicians have enabled me to upgrade other Items needed for next camping Season and keep this Legacy RV chapter alive for me & my Family. My wife had a habit of asking me to sell my RV & Motorcycle instead I will pass them on to My 3 Sons and Five Grandchildren, Thank You !!!

I had a recurring split show up along one edge of my new (2019) camper every spring. Nothing I did seemed to correct it, and I spent a LOT of time researching and asking questions. I came across NE RV Roof at a camping show in Springfield Mass a few years ago and I asked. It took me a couple years to convince myself to do it. This year I did it and I regret not doing it much sooner. Fantastic job! No more struggling with a cover every fall and spring. I have no more worries. Jim, Vikki and their son were a true pleasure to deal with and talk to. No regrets! The first picture is before and the other two are after the magic. I can't wait for next year's camping season.

We just picked up our motorhome from NE RV Roof. They did an amazing job repairing and restoring our roof. Communication was on point with several emails and texts as the job progressed. Our roof is now very sturdy and I look forward to years of not having to seal and repair again. I highly recommend this company.

I was really happy to see the results of the new RV Armor roof. I camp with a group and I had a friend up on the roof to look as well. Masking lines were clean and the work was really well done. I had a soft spot on the roof that they had to fix during the service. It was really well done. They accommodated the different features on the roof. They also provided plenty of photos of the work before, during, and after.

The couple who runs it is nice.
The roof does help with temperatures control.
It did absolutely nothing to dull the sound of the rain. It's doing half of what I needed and was told the roof would do.

We apologize for falling short of your expectations regarding the noise reduction from the roof. With the amount of rain from this Nor'easter, I don't think it would deaden it that much, but we hope it did do some sound reduction. We appreciate your feedback and hope to improve your experience.

They did a fantastic job. They tore off the old damaged roof down to its foundation, replaced all wood, dome, and two fans. The motorome looks fantastic! They had it done in less than two weeks, kept me uodate during the whole process. They shared photos before, during after
We certainly were not happy we had rain in our camper or paying for a new roof. Nobody would be. But they made the whole process stress free and provided a piece of mind with a lifetime warranty. It looks great. I can highly recommend New England RV roof!!

New England RV Roof did an incredible job fixing our RV. Our roof had been seriously damaged in several places by water intrusion which is a common problem with RV's. I had no idea there was a roofing system which eliminates the need for constantly plugging up voids with caulking. I contacted them and decided to get the roof completely sealed. They were courteous and professional and after talking with them, realized they had lot of experience repairing all different RV roofs. During the repair process they kept me posted on how it was going and sent pictures of the before and after. I now have a roof which I don't have to worry about and it's got a lifetime transferable guarantee. They also replaced the cheap ceiling vents with much better ones. I am sure its adds value to my rig. I'd highly recommend them if you want to forget caulking or you have roof damage.

This was a great experience working with Jim. We saw their display at a local RV and Camping show earlier this spring and after talking about the merits of getting the roof coated we made an appointment to get it done. Jim's communication was outstanding and prompt. All our questions were answered. Wonderful gentleman and very easy going.

My roof was Leaking pretty bad. We contacted New England Rv CompanyThey gave us a quote, and a date to drop it off. They finished the job in two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did a great job and came in below the quote.

Jim and his team are great to work with. Jim is very knowledgeable of this product and took the time to explain everything to me in terms of prepping my RV, application, and post procedures. (This is very appreciated as the RV industry is extremely unregulated)
After completion of the product, I noticed a crack in my under dome (add on) that was installed and some touch ups that may be needed - Jim heard my concerns and agreed to fix and replace the inner dome, and, will ensure my camper has the correct coverage of the product. I really appreciate his honesty and his willingness to ensure my RV is 100% perfect- this speaks highly of his teams work ethic & integrity.
Overall, I think this is a great product and I’m happy to have Jim & his team for any RV Roof repair or application I need. They provide a life time warranty & stand by their work!
I recommend New England RV roof to anyone!

Jim and the guys at New England Rv Roof really went above and beyond for me. They fit my camper in when I needed it back within a tight window and did a phenomenal job with me and letting me know where they were in the process. Once they had my camper inside it was done within 3 days and the finished product is beautiful. I will be back down the line whenever we decided to upgrade. But for now I will be highly recommending them to my friends .
