Another rough in the books. This 3400 sq ft, 2 family house in Hampton is project #2 for us with the GC for the same investor. This one took little over two weeks to rough out with added circuits and lights. Service and panels to be installed this week and then the wait for finish begins!

200A service upgrade to top off the rough out on this remodel/addition in Billerica, MA which completely changes the inside first floor layout + adding a mudroom and iffice as well as a laundry room on 2nd floor which will lead to a garage/master bedroom and bathroom for phase 2 soon.
Adding a generator interlock for portable generator, tapped main feeders with existing solar and tried our best to neaten up the mess.
For the remodel- 8 new code complaint circuits mainly for kitchen/office and mini splits.
Many hours into tracing out wiring, troubleshooting and fixing existing code violations and we are onto finish work soon.

From a 60a pushamtic panel to a 200a full service upgrade this house is Haverhill MA needed a new service as it was well over 40 years old and some breakers had as many as 3 wires on it. Another happy customer and another great job by our crew.

Small lighting project for a return customer in Tyngsboro MA. They had purchased some granite posts and did a beautiful walkway/retaining wall they they wanted some power to. So we have them power to outlets on the posts as well as on the wall and some lights on the posts and pillars.
Will be back soon for a panel swap to add some space and prep for a full home generator shortly.

Recent 200A service upgrade in Dracut to go along with in-law addition rough out. This one was a bear but we got it done!
Couldn’t get old 3” rigid out so had to reconfigure and reuse existing mast.
New 200A meter main, new ground rods and new 200A main breaker panel.
We had to install a can for old circuits to splice in due to old location not having enough clearance to meet code.
