👀Driveway & Landscape Transformation

This project combined hardscape installation, site grading, and landscape enhancements to completely refresh the property's curb appeal and functionality.

✔ Cobblestone Border Installation – Installed a clean, decorative cobblestone border along the driveway edges, creating defined lines and a polished transition between the asphalt and landscape beds.

✔ Site Grading & Lawn Preparation – The yard was professionally leveled and graded to improve drainage, establish proper contours, and prepare the area for future lawn growth and long-term stability.

✔ Decorative Stone Installation – Added decorative river stone throughout the landscape beds to provide a low-maintenance, attractive finish while helping with moisture retention and w**d suppression.

✔ Shrub & Flower Plantings – Carefully selected and installed ornamental shrubs, flowering plants, and accent greenery to add color, texture, and seasonal interest throughout the property.

Now featuring a newly paved asphalt driveway with a clean, smooth finish. We will consider this Driveway Construction Project completed.✅
(You remember, this project includes significant site grading and excavation to create this level area from the previous sloped lot.)

Here we have transformed the driveway area by constructing engineed retaining walls to create clean, functional lower-level parking and patio pace. The project included excavation, grading, installation concrete retaining wall blocks with an integrated stair access, and preparation of a compacted aggregate base ready for the final driveway surface.

Project update: Excavation complete ✅

👷‍♂️The excavation phase is now complete for this new driveway project! The site has been fully cleared, graded and brought to the proper depth. Creating a solid foundation for the next stage of construction.

With the subgrade prepared and the area properly shaped, we're ready to begin installing the base materials that will provide long-term strength & stability for the finished driveway.
