🧱 Exterior Phase Underway

We’re in the early stages of the exterior phase at Rivier University, where cast stone and brick veneer are coming together to shape a beautiful façade. Following the completion of shafts this spring, the site now showcases a blend of traditional and modern scaffolding techniques.

A huge shoutout to our Foreman Sean and his crew for their dedication and craftsmanship. Their hard work is driving this project forward, and the results speak for themselves. 👷‍♂️👏

Exciting times as we approach the finish line for the future Home2 Suites in Kittery! This 60,000 brick veneer project has faced its challenges due to the wet and windy weather on the seacoast, but thanks to Foreman Nick W. and the incredible crew on-site, we're almost there. It’s been a great opportunity for teamwork and resilience!

Mixers are running in Dover as we’re back for the next phase of the Cocheco Waterfront development. This phase includes over 135,000 brick, 11,000 block and 1,100 pieces of architectural precast!
