At Val’s Bakehouse, our cookies are made from scratch using simple, clean ingredients and a process that focuses on flavor and texture.

We use a touch of sourdough starter along with either einkorn or organic unbleached flour for a softer, more balanced bake.

Everything is made with intention:
🧈 Real butter
🌿 No artificial dyes or unnecessary additives
🍫 Premium chocolate options available (including dye-free)
🍪 Soft, gooey centers with crisp edges

Sourdough, done the right way 🍞

At Val’s Bakehouse, our sourdough is made from scratch using simple, clean ingredients and a slow fermentation process that brings out real flavor and texture.

We use either organic unbleached flour (Arrowhead Mills) or einkorn, an ancient grain that’s easier to digest and naturally lower glycemic than modern wheat.

No shortcuts. No unnecessary additives. Just real bread.

Each loaf is:
• Crispy on the outside
• Soft and airy on the inside
• Baked fresh for every order
