A pressure pipe is not a gravity sewer. When it fails, it does not just leak. It blows out joints, lifts pavement, and shuts down service. NuForce is NuFlow’s pressurized CIPP system, built for that job.

NuForce is a cured-in-place pressure liner, powered by NuFlow Australia, that goes in through small access points instead of open-cut replacement. Once cured, it is a continuous, jointless pipe inside the old one. Designed as a Class IV full-structural liner, it stands on its own. It carries internal pressure, external load, and vacuum without leaning on a corroded host pipe. It can also be designed Class III, semi-structural, when the existing pipe still has capacity.

- Sewer force mains
- Water mains and potable lines (NSF/ANSI 61)
- Industrial pressure pipe
- Hydronic heating and cooling

Published performance, depending on diameter and design:

- About 2" to 24" for the NuForce CIPP range
- Long-term operating pressure up to about 232 psi
- Short-term pressure up to about 435 psi
- Bends and custom lengths are possible

The trench stays closed. Driveways, slabs, and active sites stay in service while the line is rebuilt from the inside.

Gravity CIPP stops leaks and roots. A pressure-rated liner has to hold operating pressure, surge, and vacuum for the life of the design. That is the difference.
