Big job at Sandwich fire department, 20 feet high 2" kitchen and floor drain line. 120 feet long. Original line braced every 8' and caused a roller coaster effect holding lots of grease. Cut out old pipe and braced every 4' plus better pitch. Spent the whole day on the scissor lift. But got them back business.

Addition project with Tom Wagner construction including a new sewer run. Installed all new rough plumbing for a large master bathroom. Inspection complete and on to the HVAC portion. New run for addition rooms. These projects have taken up a lot of my time, so if I was unavailable for all customers I apologize. I'm trying to accommodate everyone but I'm only 1 guy. Some of the huge projects I been working on lately with Tom Wagner construction. Took some very bad plumbing decisions and corrected them. Nothing was vented or even run properly and undersized water pipes. Redid the vent stack and plumbed in vented drains with new proper sized copper. Kitchen and bath being remodeled. What a difference.

Ok folks it's that time of the year, I cannot say this enough. Filter, filter, filter!!!! Check them often make sure they are clear. If your furnace can't breathe it will shut down. It needs air flow to run, dirty filter prevents air flow and causes shutdown before temperature is reached. So remember check them often and change em out.

Ok so this is what can happen when your humidifier is installed directly on top of furnace and AC. The humidifier leaked down everything and caused an early death to system. Installed new furnace and AC with a bypass humidifier on return.

Really big job just finished. All the duct work was removed to be able to install support for the apartment house and it was 60 some years old. Installed all new duct for 2 apartments so the system was zoned so each had control (it was controlled by 1 thermostat in the past). Finished off with new flue vent system in old chimney up out of the roof. Turned into a huge project, but it needed to be done.
