We recently completed a Roof replacement at the 5800 block of Wavertree Lane in Plano, and changed the color to the vary popular Shingle color called Charcoal. I actually have this same color on my own Roof and it is by far greater in appearance than the Weathered Wood which for years has been the building standard.

To those of you who were effected by the 2024 hail storms in the DFW area, we are offering great incentives for upgrades and helping homeowners offset the cost of their Deductibles. What is an Impact Resistant Shingle? These shingles are built with a reinforced membrane that has far more strength and stability than a standard Single. As far as the appearance, these Shingles are identical on the surface as a standard (Class 2) Shingle and placed side by side, you could not tell the difference in appearance. The advantages are is that a larger Hail stone that would disrupt and damage Roof in your area, possibly would not affect an Impact Resistant Shingle which ultimately saves the on the cost of replacement.

Recently, we had the pleasure of completing a Roof for a Empson Walker at the 5800 block of Wavertree Lane, in Plano Texas. Mr. Walker is a 91 year young retired VP for Sears, and he and his wife have been great customers of Interstate Roofing. Mr. Walker kindly sent the following message for me to post for all those to see;

Roof Replacement early 2020! INTERSTATE ROOFING was selected to replace our roof as the result of hail damage. They were the most professional organization we have ever dealt with. We were given a schedule by owner Keith Clowe that included getting approval by the insurance company, roof installation, exterior painting which included the gutters, and fence re-staining. Keith was on the job checking for perfection numerous times while work was being performed. Workers took a pride in doing a good job. Cleaning up during and after the job was completed was awesome.

Summary – Owner Keith Clowe planned and executed the roof replacement to perfection. The appearance of our home after the work was completed took on a new / fresh look and we received compliments from passers by.
