We’re excited to be at the UNT Career Fair connecting with the next generation of construction professionals! Even better, two of our own superintendents, who completed our internship program, started their journeys at UNT and are now helping shape the future of Pacific. We’re proud to see where a summer internship can lead, and even prouder to have these two as part of the PAC!

We recently had the opportunity to participate in the 22KILL Clay Shoot and support an organization dedicated to raising awareness for veteran and active military su***de prevention.

Beyond a great day of shooting and fellowship, the event served as an important reminder of the value of community, connection, and supporting those who have served.

We're grateful to be part of events that bring people together for a meaningful cause. Thank you, 22KILL, for the work you do and for hosting a great event.

Some milestones deserve more than a quick congratulations.

Last Friday, we gathered to celebrate Joe Wood's 20-year anniversary with Pacific Builders and reflect on the impact he has had on our company, our people, and our culture.

For many of us, Joe has been more than a leader. He's been a mentor, a trusted voice, and someone who genuinely cares about the people around him. His dedication to Pacific Builders and the relationships he's built along the way are a big part of what makes our company special.

Thank you, Joe, for 20 years of leadership, support, and unwavering commitment to this team. We're grateful for all you've done and proud to celebrate this milestone with you!

Rex Brody didn't come to Texas empty-handed.

He brought 20 years of construction experience, a love for fishing, a loyal dog named Bonnie, and enough patience to keep up with a 3-year-old and a newborn.

Originally from Orange County, California, Rex now calls Plano home and joins Pacific Builders as a Project Manager. When he's not helping projects stay on track, you'll likely find him with his family, on the golf course, at a sporting event, or planning his dream fishing trip to Mexico.

We're excited to have Rex on the team and can't wait to see the impact he'll make!

Welcome to Pacific Builders, Rex!

A few weeks ago, we kicked off fantasy football season with our annual draft party.

Good food, familiar faces, questionable draft decisions, and enough confidence to go around.

Now we're just letting the standings do the talking. 🏈

We're excited to welcome Carolina Martinez to Pacific Builders!

A Dallas native with a BAS in Construction Management, Carolina joins our team as an Estimator, bringing experience in estimating, project coordination, and client services.

Outside of work, Carolina loves baking, getting lost in a good book, hiking, and spending time with her two dogs. These interests reflect the same dedication, curiosity, and balance she brings to her professional life.

We're proud to have Carolina on the Pacific team and look forward to the experience, enthusiasm, and perspective she'll bring to every project!

The dust is flying and a new chapter is underway!

We had the opportunity to join our project team in celebrating the Mercury One demolition ceremony, kicking off a project we're incredibly proud to be part of.

This future headquarters will serve as a central hub for Mercury One and its mission-driven organizations, providing a space to support their work, expand their impact, and serve communities across the world.

At Pacific Builders, we're grateful for the chance to build places that make a lasting difference. This is more than a construction project. It's an opportunity to help create a place that will impact the community long after the final touches are complete.

Audrey joins Pacific with construction industry experience and is already making a great addition to the team. We're excited to have her on board as we continue building great projects and serving our clients and partners.

Welcome to the Pacific family, Audrey! We can't wait to see all you'll accomplish here!

Getting our Martin Marietta team together for lunch was a great reminder of the relationships behind every successful project!

While the work is still ongoing, it’s been exciting to see the collaboration, communication, and dedication that continue to move this project forward.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Martin Marietta and appreciate the hard work from everyone involved. Looking forward to what’s ahead as we continue building together! 😄

We're excited to welcome Nicholas Ochs to Pacific Builders as our newest Superintendent!

Nicholas brings an impressive background in leadership and operations, having served in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years. His experience in planning, team development, and executing complex operations makes him a valuable addition to our team.

As Nicholas transitions into the construction industry, we're excited to see how his leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence will help drive successful projects and continue delivering outstanding results for our clients and partners.
