🏗️ Construction Progress at Westmoreland Townhomes!

BBL Building Co. continues to make strides at Westmoreland Townhomes in Dallas, TX as site development moves forward!
Underground utility work is progressing, and preparations are underway for building pads and streets as the project advances toward vertical construction.

Once complete, Westmoreland Townhomes will feature 216 townhomes across 27 acres, bringing a new residential community to the growing Dallas market.

🏗️ Construction Progress at LEO at San Marco!

LEO at San Marco in Venice, FL, continues to make great progress as the team advances through key site development milestones!

Here’s a look at the latest progress:

🔹 Building sanitary and water laterals are complete in Phases 1–8.
🔹 Road base is complete in Phases 1–8.
🔹 Building pads in Phases 1 and 2 are being staked out.
🔹 Curb installation has begun in Phases 1–4.
🔹 The first concrete pour is scheduled for November.

Once complete, LEO at San Marco will deliver 200 apartment homes, adding new housing opportunities to the growing Venice community.

🏗️ Another Major Milestone at Freemont Frisco Apartments!

BBL Building Co. recently placed the final piece of precast on the parking garage at Freemont Frisco Apartments in Frisco, TX!

Once complete, this 313-unit apartment community will feature a parking garage, resort-style pool courtyard, fitness center, and rooftop lounge and deck—all designed to create an exceptional living experience for future residents.

Our BBL Building Co. Texas team enjoyed a fun-filled day at the State Fair of Texas last week with their families!

We love seeing our team take time to connect outside of the jobsite and make memories with the people who matter most.

LEO at Port Wentworth continues to make strong progress as the project moves toward its first unit turnovers in October!

Framing is on track for completion in October, while site landscaping is now underway. Sidewalk installation is also complete in Phase 1, marking another important milestone as the team moves closer to unit turnover and overall project completion.

The Fenley continues to make strong progress as construction moves toward completion!

Key milestones underway include:
• Flatwork around the buildings is wrapping up
• Sheetrock is complete
• Unit turnovers are underway on the first through third floors of Building 1
• The clubhouse is in its final stages and preparing for the first owner walk
• Landscaping is progressing around Building 2
• Work on the pool courtyard is getting underway
