We’re putting the finishing touches on LEO at Cypress Creek in San Antonio, Florida!

This 40-acre build-to-rent community is nearing completion and is on track to be delivered this fall. Once complete, LEO at Cypress Creek will feature 315 thoughtfully designed homes, along with an impressive amenity package including a clubhouse, resort-style pool, and freestanding fitness center.

Located in the rapidly growing northern Tampa market, the community also offers direct access to bike trails connecting to the Mirada Lagoon master-planned community, providing residents with convenient opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area.

A tremendous thank you to our project team, trade partners, and ownership group for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to bringing this community to life. We’re excited to see the final details come together!

Big progress is underway at The Village at Centerpoint Station in San Marcos, Texas!

Construction continues to move forward across multiple phases, with framing actively progressing in Phases 2–5, roofing underway in Phases 1–2, and MEP installations advancing in Phases 1–2. Meanwhile, paving work is nearing completion in Phases 10–13, marking another important milestone for the project.

Once complete, The Village at Centerpoint Station will feature 270 build-to-rent homes, bringing a new residential community to the growing San Marcos market.

Exciting progress continues at LEO at San Marco in Venice, Florida!

With roadway construction underway and underground utilities substantially complete across the initial phases, the project is on track to go vertical this Fall. This marks an exciting milestone as the community transitions from site development into vertical construction.

Once complete, LEO at San Marco will feature 200 apartment homes, bringing a new residential community to the growing Venice market.

We continue to make great progress at YardHomes Rowlett Creek in Garland, Texas!

Several major milestones have been reached as we move closer to completion. Phases 1–6 have been accepted by ownership, with Phase 7 scheduled for acceptance this week. Final punch list activities are underway across Phases 7–9, while permanent power has now been established throughout all phases.

Sitework is also nearing completion, with fine grading and irrigation complete across the property. Landscaping is progressing into Phases 9 and 10 as the community continues to take shape.

Once complete, YardHomes Rowlett Creek will feature 301 build-to-rent homes, providing residents with a thoughtfully designed community in the growing Garland area.

The parking structure at Freemont Frisco Apartments in Frisco, Texas continues to take shape, with progress happening every day!

Watching the structure come together is an exciting milestone and a clear reflection of the hard work and dedication of our project team and trade partners.

Once complete, Freemont Frisco Apartments will feature 313 apartment homes, along with a parking garage, resort-style pool courtyard, fitness center, and rooftop lounge and deck—all designed to provide residents with an exceptional living experience.

Construction continues to make great strides at Westmoreland Townhomes in Dallas, Texas!

Our team is making steady progress on site with utility installation, retaining walls, and grading operations all underway. These critical sitework activities are moving the project closer to pouring the first building pads and beginning paving operations.

Once complete, Westmoreland Townhomes will feature 216 townhomes across 27 acres, adding a new residential community to the growing Dallas market.

A lot of progress is happening at LEO at Port Wentworth in Port Wentworth, Georgia!

The project is moving quickly, with sheetrock installation now underway in the first phase and framing approximately 75% complete across the site. Looking ahead, construction of the amenity areas is scheduled to begin next month, with the first units targeted for delivery in early November.

Once complete, LEO at Port Wentworth will feature 250 apartment homes, bringing a new community to the growing Port Wentworth area.

Construction continues to make outstanding progress at Palladium Buckner Station in Dallas, Texas!

This transit-oriented, mixed-income community is taking shape right on schedule, with several major construction milestones recently achieved.

Construction at Palladium Buckner Station continues to progress on schedule. Both parking garages are approximately 95% complete, while underground plumbing rough-ins and building foundations are nearing completion.

Major infrastructure milestones have also been achieved, including completion of the structural steel, a poured and striped fire lane, and the return of DART transit operations.

Framing is advancing on both buildings, with Building 1 reaching the fourth floor and roof truss installation beginning soon, while Building 2 continues framing on the second and third floors. Exterior veneer installation is scheduled to begin later this month as the project continues to take shape.

Once complete, Palladium Buckner Station will provide 305 homes in a thoughtfully designed, transit-oriented community offering residents convenient access to public transportation and an outstanding amenity package, including:
