As we mentioned, our team leads were in St. Louis last week for an awesome leadership meeting and training! 💪

But it wasn’t all work! They also got the chance to do a little sightseeing and take in some of the city’s beautiful landmarks. From the iconic St. Louis Arch to the stunning Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, they made some great memories along the way.

And of course, it wasn’t ALL business! 😉 Our team got to enjoy some special outings together, make memories, build relationships, and have a little fun along the way!

As part of our Year 2 milestone tradition, Isaiah received his very own custom Absolute Construction football jersey, a small token of appreciation for two years of hard work, dedication, relationships, and everything he’s contributed to Team Absolute.

And this one is extra special because Isaiah’s dad, Pablo Ordaz, is right there beside him to celebrate the moment. 🧡

Pablo has been part of the Absolute family for 5 years, and over that time, he hasn’t just built an incredible career of his own, he’s also taken Isaiah under his wing and helped guide him along the way.
