Toilet was completely backed up.
Ran a toilet auger, finally broke through.

Flushed it…
and it backed up AGAIN right away.

Had to keep running the auger over and over until it finally cleared.

Packed with wipes.

Leaking PRV turned into a bigger problem 😅

Came out to replace a leaking pressure reducing valve.
Everything went smooth… until we turned the water back on.

The old gate valve failed - no water going through.

Had to take everything apart AGAIN,
install a new ball valve,
and redo the whole job.

Now it’s done right - pressure set to 65 PSI 💧

Pinhole leak on copper water line near main water meter.

We found a small pinhole leak on a 3/4 copper water line near the main water meter. At first, it was barely noticeable, but over time it got worse and eventually turned into a pressurized leak with water spraying out.
