In-ground fixtures, precisely cored into the concrete banding of the entry car court, add another layer of light without adding visual clutter during the day.

It’s a small detail that requires careful planning, precise placement, and coordination with the trades, but once the sun goes down, it makes a big impact.

This project features a 100% lighting system, including extensive integrated LED tape lighting that turns the pool, hardscape, and surrounding landscape into one cohesive experience after dark.

But a project like this doesn’t come together at the finish line. It takes planning, precise placement, and coordination long before the lights ever turn on.

Working alongside our team coordinated every detail throughout construction to make sure power, conduit, fixture locations, and tape lighting were exactly where they needed to be when the time came to bring it all to life.
