My work experience ranges from private to governmental projects and all aspects of LA services including site analysis, site planning, code required documents for development, planting plans and hardscape specifications for designs ranging from residential & commercial to resort and mixed-use urban projects. Consider the enjoyment you can realize with detailed enhancement of your pool and garden areas ~ with specially selected pottery, sculpture and lighting, or redefining your patio for outdoor living with a lap pool, fountain or pond, shaded sitting areas, firepits, gazebos, or an outdoor kitchen for summer family fun! Hardscape and planting designs for new properties as well as upgrades / redevelopment of mature planted areas will be estimated based on the scale and scope of the project area. Estimated costs for short or long term consulting contracts regarding site planning, code compliance / permitting and/or site specific planting plans for development packages are available upon request.
