Equipment Operator
Ability to operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's safety policies and procedures in an effort to clear, maintain, and restore the land.

Requirements:
*Valid Driver's License
*Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company's safety policy and procedures
*Minimum 2 years of verifiable equipment experience
*Ability to load and unload equipment
*Verbal communication and comprehension skills
*Freedom & Ability to travel when necessary
*Ensure company equipment, material and jobsite is kept clean, and stored in a safe manner. Collect and dispose of scrap, excess materials.

*40 hour position with overtime required periodically throughout the year.
*Wages based on experience
* Traveling required certain times of year

Bush hogging is a landscaping practice that involves the use of a special rotary-cutting deck attachment to eliminate brush. The attachment is attached to the back end of a tractor and can chop down bushes, tall grass, saplings, weeds, and other plant life. Bush hogging is useful for clearing overgrown areas of land for farming, recreation, among other things.

Aaron is pictured below is doing some bush hogging on 37 acres of personal farmland using a Davco brush cutter attachment on a CAT Skid Steer.
