One person clicked on one of our ads, didn’t hire us, never scheduled an appointment, never had a repair, and never experienced our workmanship—yet still left us a 1-star Google review because they didn’t like receiving a follow-up message.
That’s okay. You can’t make everyone happy.
What matters to us is the hundreds of families and businesses we’ve actually had the privilege to serve. Our reputation wasn’t built by internet opinions—it was built by showing up, doing honest work, and standing behind what we do.
So I have one favor to ask:
