This home has quite a story.

After a hurricane destroyed the homeowners’ original house, we knocked it down and built them a new waterfront home that sits higher, stronger, and ready for the future.

This home has a lot of beautiful blue tones throughout, and those porch vines definitely got people talking. In the end, the homeowners absolutely loved the finished home.

We are wrapping up the last show of the year for 100 Day Dream Home with this stunning build for Brian and Debbie. After years in a multigenerational home, they were ready to downsize into a space designed just for the two of them, with room for the things they love most. Her dream craft room took shape beautifully, and his toy box was still enough room for all the fun things!

They also wanted a major shift in style. Their previous home was full of bold wall colors, so this time they leaned into crisp white walls with pops of color in the decor. The end result feels fresh, modern, and completely them.

We loved bringing this vision to life and ending the season on such a high note.

This build was a special one for our team. To honor Erin's sweet daughter, a beautiful outdoor greenhouse was built. Herb’s dedicated game space led to a custom pool table room designed for entertaining. Inside, warm beams, barn doors, and detailed woodwork give the home a cozy, refined feel. Outside, the striking shou sugi ban (burned wood) columns make the front porch a true statement piece. Every detail was designed to feel personal, welcoming, and full of love to honor this sweet family.

This home was a chef’s kiss! Thanks to Dominic and Jennifer for entrusting us to build their Florida dream home. We hope our winters are a bit more pleasant than the ones you’ve been used to!

Our team had a lot of fun creating this home for Dominic and Jennifer. They traded the chill of Boston for the sunshine of Florida, and it was such a joy bringing their dream kitchen(s), and dream home, to life. We just love all the unique choices they made to really create their dream home.
