A few favorites from past CK homes that still feel just as good today. 👀

If you could only steal one of these details for your home, which one would you take?

She’s come a long way from demo day.

We’ve built a few places we wouldn’t mind calling home ourselves.

So, which one feels most like you? 🏡

Pick your favorite! We’d love to know which CK home you’re moving into.

25 years looks a little different in hindsight.

What started with roof repairs, long days, and a willingness to figure things out has turned into custom homes, major remodels, and projects we probably couldn’t have imagined back then.

A lot has changed. We still really like a good rooftop, though.

Here’s to 25 years of CK Builders and whatever we get to build next. 🔨

We promise the craftsmanship is more professional than the commentary 😂🔨

Proof you don't need a new address, just a new plan.

What space in your home needs a modern upgrade?

Living in Utah is funny.

One week you're squeezing in one last barbecue, and the next you're wondering where you put the snow shovel.

If you've been thinking about repairing the deck, fixing the siding, or finally starting that remodel, this is your friendly reminder. It's a whole lot easier to tackle those projects now than after the first snowstorm.

If it's been on your mind, let's chat. We'd love to help you get it done before winter rolls in.

A few years later and, yeah… we’re still thinking about this one.

Custom built in Holladay and full of the kind of details that don’t get old.

Which space lives rent-free in your mind? 👀

09/24/2026

This one didn’t go exactly according to plan. 👀

What started as a remodel of an early-1900s home in the Salt Lake City Avenues quickly became something much bigger once we opened the walls.

Four previous additions. Evidence of an old fire. And a decision to take the home all the way back to just three original brick walls before rebuilding it for the next century.

There’s a lot more to this one than the finished photos.
