The people we work with mean a lot to us. They're not just subs or employees— they're people we care about, and over time, they become friends.

Chi had such a good heart. We shared a lot of laughs over the 12 years we worked together — he was thoughtful, kind, and we always enjoyed chatting about Vietnam.

This guy would buy lunch for everyone on the job without being asked. If he forgot someone, he'd offer up his own meal. Every year, he'd chase me down to make sure I got a Christmas gift. That was just who he was — always thinking of others.

He was an excellent craftsman, honest and hardworking. I really enjoyed my time working with him, and it saddens me to lose such a great person. I'm going to miss him.
