Be GONE eroding hillside!!!! (Actually, Stay Put)

This is yet another job for our friends at Neptune Properties. This house in Raymore, MO kept turning turning into a wet, muddy mess specifically in the garage and driveway everytime in rained and this season that's been about every other day. Our solution was to retain this eroding hillside next to the house and install a downspout drain both of which helped redirect run-off and retain soil on the hill. This retaining wall is expertly constructed with Keystone Regal Stone Pro Tri-Plane in Pewter Blend. Not the biggest wall by any means but all the same love and craftsmanship goes into all our retaining structures and drainage systems at MWTL!!

Independence, MO Culvert Replacement

Recently we visited this home in central Independence, MO to replace and culvert underneath the driveway and redefine thier front ditch to help with some drainage issues after all this heavy rain. A little digging and a new 16" polymer culvert later they were in business and now have somewhere besides the front yard to send the next rainfall.

French Line Clean-Up!!!!

Here's another job we completed for our friends at Neptune Properties down in Belton, MO. On this job we cleaned out this area behind thier fence line that what causing some issues in the back yard. While we were there we also trimmed up a large Hackberry that was hanging low over the fence line and removed a dead elm that was looking rather suspect. All in all another one down for some of our favorite clients!!

South Lee's Summit Landscaping & Drainage

At this house in south Lee's Summit, MO we installed a French drain in between the house to help with the classic soggy yard problems. We also re-plumbed an existing downspout drain in front that the builders did a less than ideal job at. We finished off this house by redesigning the front planters and adding some awesome Grainite Chips to it. This client also opted for River rock border around the foundation to give it a clean look!!
