Early Spring Tree Trimming & Grading

Here's a few pics that have been missed from earlier this season. The first few are of a small Grading job we knocked out in Pleasant Valley, MO and the next few of a willow getting a little haircut in South Lee's Summit. Just as always, in and out with satisfied clients!!

No More Hill and New Planters ALL around!!!

Here's one the crew completed recently so check it out. On this one we replaced a extremely worn down railroad tie retaining wall and retaining planter at this home in Lee's Summit, MO. It was rebuilt with Keystone Regal Stone Pro Tri-Plane in Pewter. During the rebuild we built the new wall a few feet higher that the previous one which allowed us to completely eliminate the awkward hill that this front yard had. A few more than a few yards of soil later and this front yard was in shape and much more usable. We also added retaining planters to each side of the house with Keystone 12" Retaining Stone in Pewter to match. To finish it off we extended the front driveway over with concrete flatwork to eliminate the weird area that existed with the former, sad wall. Expertly knocked out by the MWTL experts and will last lifetimes!!

Liberty, MO Downspout Drain!!!

Check out this one we tackled recently. We went to Liberty and straighten out this drainage mess. 6 Downspouts from two different houses and a little bit of Grading and they were back in business!!! MWTL doin what we do best!!!!

Annual Independence Day Celebration!!!!

Every year is better than the last. Thanks to all the friend, family and the FABULOUS Savannah Brabbin that helped our motley crew at MWTL kick off the 4th of July bash. A special thanks to Gabby, our official yard pup for enjoying the evening with us. And a big thanks to Steve, Sandy, Sam and Sarah for coming out!!!! Love you guys and cant wait to do it again this Halloween!!!

Hardscapes Repair!!!

Check out these few pics of some hardscape repairs we took on recently. These first couple are of a stair system in rual Oak Grove, MO that had seen some better days and the next few are of a tree ring planter that was out of control. Each one carefully disassembled and rebuilt to last a lifetime!!!

Be GONE eroding hillside!!!! (Actually, Stay Put)

This is yet another job for our friends at Neptune Properties. This house in Raymore, MO kept turning turning into a wet, muddy mess specifically in the garage and driveway everytime in rained and this season that's been about every other day. Our solution was to retain this eroding hillside next to the house and install a downspout drain both of which helped redirect run-off and retain soil on the hill. This retaining wall is expertly constructed with Keystone Regal Stone Pro Tri-Plane in Pewter Blend. Not the biggest wall by any means but all the same love and craftsmanship goes into all our retaining structures and drainage systems at MWTL!!
