We are honored to learn that our public art sculpture, "Approach", has been recognized with an international Merit Award in the Landscape category of the 2021 CODAawards.

Over 370 entries from 19 countries submitted their art-in-architecture projects to this year's 9th annual awards program. Many thanks to our benefactor, VMware, for all of their support!

VMware's Global Events guru, Jeff Goodall, generously shared a nighttime photograph of our public art sculpture, "Approach" recently. Last week, Jeff described how the sculpture transforms as the light changes during the day, at night, during rainy days, and with the seasons. Thank you for an uplifting visit, Jeff!

Last week Hathaway Dinwiddie had the good folks at Walters & Wolf complete the caulking of our art glass installation. They are now finishing the "chevron" metal trim above our glass, which is bringing the facade together in a very smart-looking way thanks to Gensler's and Ellis Partner's vision. The building will soon be ready for a MINI Cooper or other advertisement!

Glad that we ordered samples of the material before Anish Kapoor monopolized access to it. Just wrong...and rats that we didn't think of it first!

It’s also unclear why Kapoor won’t talk about any of this controversy, despite his clear knowledge (and inflammation) of it.
