Just one more reason to love Ritz Ritz-Craft Custom Homes🥰

Our HR Team had a great time this past Friday connecting with students at Mifflinburg Area High School during their Career Fair!

We had the opportunity to share a behind-the-scenes look at what we do here at Ritz-Craft—from building quality homes to the many moving parts that keep our company running strong. Students in grades 9–12 learned about the wide range of career paths available, including roles in production, management, sales, HR, marketing, engineering, and more.

We also discussed the different education and training pathways that can help them reach their goals, answered thoughtful questions, and offered advice as they begin preparing to enter the workforce.

A big thank you to the school for having us—we’re always excited to support and inspire the next generation of professionals right here in our community!
