We modernized this space by replacing the paneling with drywall, installed new lvp flooring, and updated the lighting. Sometimes, the simplicity of updating your floors and paint can really make a statement in your home.

We completed this quick project to replace the stairs and screened in the porch so the homeowner could use it all summer with little kids. This was designed to maximize the space of the concrete porch. Swipe to see the before!

We gave this sunroom a complete remodel! We built a new composite deck off the back and installed a door for easy access. We also rebuilt the interior with new ceilings, walls, and lighting. The spray foam in the walls and ceiling will allow them to use the space all year long. We replaced the old drafty windows with new awning casements. It's certainly a beautiful space to enjoy for many years to come.

For this recent project, the vision was to extend the size of the breezeway. We demolished the original structure, put in a new floor system, and built the new breezeway to create a finished sunroom. We included skylights for additional natural light and the beautiful hardwood floors you see pictured. It has transformed into a beautiful new space!

The transformation of this kitchen is one of our favorites to date. The clean lines and smooth finishes leave this kitchen as a jaw dropping transformation. They have chosen some fun upgrades that you can't tell by the photos, for example, the island sink has a water carbonation system, we installed an air purifer in their HVAC, and they have smart appliances and switches!

This pavilion is oversized to fit the existing concrete patio. We designed the cathedral trusses with a natural stain that transitions beautifully from the existing sunroom. This is sure to fit everybody the next time they host!

We took a blank canvas and created a place you don't want to leave. We created this roof in a craftsman style, with touches of stone throughout. You may not even need the heat lamps under the roof or the fireplace to feel how cozy this space is.The powered sunshade is the perfect added touch for a little extra privacy or to keep the sun glare off your TV. There is no question this outdoor living space is perfect no matter what time of day or season we are in.

We recently designed and installed this deck using Wolf decking. We love that the homeowner chose the Silver Teak with Black Walnut accents as their composite decking. There was a lot of work that was behind the scenes including: a concrete pad for the hot tub, a privacy fence, as well as regrading so the slope was away from the house under the deck. Now that the cooler weather is upon us, they can enjoy their hot tub with privacy while having a beautiful deck.

Everyone deserves their own space to sleep and get ready. This master bedroom and bath addition is a dream. It's so hard to imagine there was nothing here before! Between all the details in the bathroom, the beautiful tiles, glass shower door, beautiful mirrors - we think this is a space they will enjoy for many years to come!

It's always so nice on a rainy day to cozy up with a blanket and book in front of the fire. We designed and built these custom bookshelves to blend in perfectly with the existing trim of the home. The homeowner loves to read, so having shelving specifically for books was the main goal. Swipe to see what the space was like before, it's quite the transformation!

Another beautiful space created just in time to enjoy for the holiday season. This 3 Seasons Room Addition was tied into the home with a perfect match. We love to create additions so they blend into the home to look as they were original to the design for a perfect flow. The bright walls, warm composite flooring, wall to wall windows are sure to leave this space cozy no matter the season we are in.

This 3 seasons room house addition is stunning. We were able to tie this into the house so well, it looks like it was original to the house design. With the stained wood interior ceiling, top of the line windows, and subtle heater - this will surely be a space the family can enjoy for many years to come.
